How do I set up my V3 Max?

1. Unbox your V3 Max and inspect the contents.
2. Charge fully via USB-C before first use.
3. Press the power button to activate the display. The frequency will default to 7.83 Hz on first use, the foundational Schumann Resonance.
4. Use the up and down buttons to fine-tune the frequency in 0.01 Hz increments.
5. Use the quick-jump button to move up by 1,000 Hz with a single click, making it easy to navigate the full kilohertz range.
6. Press the Mode button to switch between sine and square waveforms.

On the back of the device, you'll find 5 physical preset buttons. To save your current frequency to a preset, hold any preset button for 2 to 3 seconds. From then on, a single tap recalls that frequency instantly. Most users set their presets around their daily rhythm: morning focus, afternoon energy, evening wind-down, sleep, and one flexible slot.

What does the V3 Max actually do?

What do the indicators on my V3 Max display mean?

The V3 Max has a digital display that shows everything you need at a glance, similar to your phone screen. You'll see the current frequency you're running, which preset is active (if any), the selected waveform (sine or square), the battery level, and a charging indicator when the device is plugged in via USB-C. The display is designed to be readable at a glance, day or night.

Is it safe for children and pets?

Yes, completely safe for everyone, including babies, young children, and pets.
