How do I clean my V1, V2 Pro, or V3 Max?
Wipe the casing gently with a soft, dry or lightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not submerge any device in water, do not run them under a tap, and avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. The casing is made from premium ABS and acrylic and stays clean with minimal effort. Always make sure the device is unplugged before cleaning.
How do I clean my Frequency Water Bottle?
The Water Bottle is hand-wash only and not dishwasher safe. The high heat and pressure of a dishwasher can damage the glass, the bamboo, and the seal of the crystal pod.
To clean: rinse the glass with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then let it air dry. Both the bamboo cap and the bamboo base can be wiped down with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly before reassembly. Avoid soaking the bamboo in water for long periods, as that can cause swelling or warping over time. The crystals inside the pod do not need cleaning, just refresh them in sunlight or moonlight once a week.
How do I clean my EMF Nano Shield Sticker?
The sticker is IP67 waterproof and designed to handle daily wear. If it picks up dust or fingerprints, wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive cleaners, or scratching the surface.
How should I store my products when not in use?
Store your Schumann device upright on a flat, stable surface where it won't get knocked or dropped. Avoid extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for long periods, and damp environments. If you're traveling or putting your devices away for an extended period, charge them once every few months to keep the battery healthy. The Water Bottle should be stored in a place where it can't be knocked over or shattered.
Can I travel with my Schumann device?
Yes. All three devices are compact and TSA-friendly, and many of our customers travel with them regularly for hotel rooms, flights, and time zone adjustments.
Devices with built-in rechargeable batteries typically need to stay in your carry-on luggage rather than checked baggage. This is standard policy for most major airlines, but rules can vary by carrier and by region. We recommend checking your specific airline's lithium battery policy before you fly.
What about international voltage and adapters?
All Schumann devices charge via USB-C, so any standard USB-C charger or adapter rated for your local voltage will work. The devices themselves don't require a region-specific power supply. Note that we do not include international plug adapters in the box, so if you're traveling outside your home region, plan to bring or purchase a standard USB-C-compatible adapter for the country you're visiting.
Can I take the Frequency Water Bottle on a flight?
Yes. The Water Bottle itself is allowed in carry-on luggage, but it must be empty when going through airport security. You can fill it after passing security or once you're at your destination. The crystal pod stays inside the bottle and does not need to be removed for travel.
