Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes things easier: you can track orders, view your order history, store your shipping address for faster checkout, and access digital downloads like our Frequency Guide and User Guide.

How do I create an account?

Visit theschumann.com and click the account icon in the top right, then select 'Create account'. Enter your credentials and you're set. If you've already placed an order with us, you can use the same email to link your past order history to the account.

How do I update my account details?

Log in to your account at theschumann.com, then go to your account dashboard. From there, you can update your shipping address, your email, and your communication preferences. If you need to change your account email and run into issues, contact us at support@theschumann.com.

How do I view my order history?

Log in to your account and your order history will be visible on your account dashboard. You can also click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of any specific order.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. If you'd like to delete your account, contact us at support@theschumann.com from the email associated with your account, and we'll process the deletion. Note that this is separate from order records, which we retain as required by tax and consumer protection law.
