How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
Enter your email in the newsletter signup form on our homepage or in the footer of any page. You'll receive a confirmation email and a 10% off code for your first order as a welcome gift.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be removed from our marketing list immediately. You can also email support@theschumann.com to request removal. Note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you'll still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies) since these are part of fulfilling your order.
I'm not getting your emails. What's wrong?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. Add support@theschumann.com to your contacts to make sure future emails land in your inbox. If you've confirmed your email is on file with us and you're still not receiving anything, contact support@theschumann.com from a different address and we'll look into it.
