Can I use a discount code on a bundle?

Some discount codes can be applied to bundles, but not all of them. A few of our codes are bundle-exclusive and only work on a bundle, while certain other promotions are limited to individual devices and won't apply to a bundle. As with any order, only one code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined with affiliate codes or other active promotions. If a code isn't applying at checkout, double-check the spelling and that it's valid for the item in your cart, or reach out to support@theschumann.com and we'll confirm whether it's eligible.

Can I return a bundle, or just part of one?

Yes. Bundles follow the same policies as individual products. The frequency generator in a bundle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date, and the accessories can be returned only if they're unused and in their original, unopened condition. You can also return just one component of a bundle rather than the whole thing. Because partial returns affect the bundle discount, the refund is calculated on the item or items actually returned rather than the full à la carte price, so the amount may differ from the standalone price of that item. To start any bundle return, email support@theschumann.com with your order number and photos before sending anything back, and we'll confirm what you'll be refunded and send the return address.

Is each item in a bundle under warranty?

The device in your bundle carries the same 1-year limited warranty as a device bought on its own, covering defects under normal use. Accessories are also covered if they arrive defective. If any single item in your bundle is faulty, you don't need to return the whole bundle. Just contact support@theschumann.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement for that item.

Can I swap or customize what's in a bundle?

Our bundles are fixed sets, so the items in each one can't be swapped or substituted at checkout. If you'd like a different combination, you can order the pieces you want individually, or reach out to support@theschumann.com and we'll help you put together the right setup for your needs.
