How do I track my order?
After your order is approved and shipped, you'll receive an email with your order number and a tracking link. Click the link to follow your shipment's journey in real time.
I haven't received a tracking email
Tracking details are sent automatically the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If you can't find the email after 1–2 business days, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then reach out to support@theschumann.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
My tracking hasn't updated for a while
Carrier scans occasionally pause for a day or two between hubs. This is normal and your package is still on its way. If the delay becomes significant or you have concerns, contact our support team and we'll take a closer look for you.
