What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay,
Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. You'll see all available options at checkout.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on theschumann.com are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). If you're paying with a card issued in another
currency, your bank will handle the conversion at their current exchange rate.
When is my card charged?
Your payment is processed immediately when you place the order, not when it ships. You'll receive an order confirmation
email right after checkout, which also serves as your receipt.
Can I use more than one promo code on an order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, and promo codes cannot be combined with affiliate codes or other active
promotions. If you have a code that isn't working at checkout, double-check the spelling and that the order meets any
minimum requirements.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
First, double-check that your card details, billing address, and ZIP code are entered correctly. If everything looks
right and the payment is still being declined, contact your bank or card issuer, since they're often the ones blocking
the charge. If you've ruled that out and still need help, reach out to support@theschumann.com and we'll do our best to
