Shipping Times & Methods

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. All orders go out from our warehouse in Bordentown, New Jersey. We do not ship to any other countries at this time. How long does delivery take? Standard delivery to addresses within the US typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the time your order ships. Orders to Canada and Australia may take slightly longer due to international transit, but you'll be able to follow your package the whole way using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is completely free on all orders, no minimum required. Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order? No. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, including for orders shipped to Canada and Australia. We cover any applicable duties and taxes so you won't receive any extra charges from the carrier on delivery. Which carriers do you use? For orders within the US, we ship with USPS, which usually gets your package to you in 2–5 business days. Orders heading to Canada or Australia go out with DHL and typically arrive in 4–10 business days. Once your international package reaches the destination country, the final hop to your door is handled by the local carrier, like Canada Post or Australia Post. A quick note on tracking: international shipments sometimes go quiet for a bit while the package is in transit or moving through customs, and that's completely normal. Is expedited shipping available? Not at the moment. With shipping costs climbing, we've paused expedited options for now so we can keep standard shipping free for everyone. The good news is that our standard delivery is still pretty quick. Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days, and orders to Canada or Australia in 4–10 business days. How long until my order ships? If your item is in stock, orders placed before 3PM EST usually ship out the same day, and anything placed after 3PM EST goes out the next day, including weekends in most cases. For pre-orders or items that are temporarily out of stock, fulfillment can take up to 10 business days before your order leaves the warehouse.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

My order arrived damaged. What should I do? Please contact us as soon as possible at support@theschumann.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging it arrived in (including any visible damage to the outer box). Once we've reviewed everything, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for your situation. I'm missing an item from my order. First, check the shipping confirmation email to see if your order was split into multiple shipments, since larger orders sometimes arrive in separate packages with their own tracking numbers. If everything is accounted for on the carrier side but an item is still missing from the box, email support@theschumann.com with your order number and a photo of everything that did arrive, and we'll get it sorted right away. I received the wrong device or product. Reach out to support@theschumann.com with your order number and photos of the item you received (from both sides, so we can clearly see the model). We'll arrange to send the correct product and coordinate the return of the one shipped by mistake at no cost to you. Does Package Protection help with this? Yes. If you added Package Protection at checkout, your replacement is prioritized and handled on a faster timeline. Either way, we stand behind every order, so even without Package Protection we'll always make it right if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect.
