Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. Orders to the US, Canada, and Australia go out from our warehouse in Bordentown, New Jersey. EU orders ship directly from our fulfillment warehouse in the Czech Republic, near Prague. Within the European Union, we ship to every country except Cyprus, Malta, France, and Slovenia.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to addresses within the US typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the time your order ships. Orders to Canada and Australia may take slightly longer due to international transit. Most EU orders arrive within 2–4 business days, though some destinations take up to 7. You'll find the country-by-country breakdown in EU Delivery Times. Wherever you are, you'll be able to follow your package the whole way using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders to the US, Canada, and Australia, with no minimum required. For EU orders, shipping is free over €100. Below €100, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
For US orders, the price you see at checkout is the final price, with nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders to Canada and Australia, many arrive with nothing more to pay, but we can't guarantee it: depending on your country's customs rules at the time, additional duties, taxes, or import tariffs may be applied by your local customs authority when your package arrives. These charges are set by the destination country rather than by us, so they're outside our control and we can't predict them in advance, and when they do apply they're collected by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. For EU orders, VAT is already included in the price at checkout, and because your order ships from within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import fees to pay when it arrives.
Which carriers do you use?
For orders within the US, we ship with USPS, which usually gets your package to you in 2–5 business days. Orders heading to Canada or Australia go out with DHL and typically arrive in 4–10 business days. Once your international package reaches the destination country, the final hop to your door is handled by the local carrier, like Canada Post or Australia Post. EU orders are delivered by local carriers, which vary by country. A quick note on tracking: international shipments sometimes go quiet for a bit while the package is in transit or moving through customs, and that's completely normal.
Is expedited shipping available?
Not at the moment. With shipping costs climbing, we've paused expedited options for now. The good news is that our standard delivery is still pretty quick. Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days, orders to Canada or Australia in 4–10 business days, and most EU orders in 2–4 business days.
Are these delivery times guaranteed?
They're estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery can take a little longer during peak seasons or if the carrier runs into a delay.
How long until my order ships?
If your item is in stock, orders placed before 3PM EST usually ship out the same day, and anything placed after 3PM EST goes out the next day, including weekends in most cases. For pre-orders or items that are temporarily out of stock, fulfillment can take up to 10 business days before your order leaves the warehouse.
