Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to make changes or cancel it for you. Just reach out as soon as possible so we can catch it before it leaves the warehouse.
How do I request a change or cancellation?
Email us at support@theschumann.com with your order number and a clear description of what you'd like to change. The more detail you can give us upfront, the faster we can process the request.
What kinds of changes can I make?
Common changes we can usually accommodate include updating the shipping address, correcting a mistake in your name or contact details, swapping the device model, or adding and removing items. If you're not sure whether your change is possible, just ask and we'll do our best to help.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once your package has left the warehouse, we're no longer able to change or cancel the order on our end. The good news is you still have a few options. You can update the delivery address or redirect the package directly through the carrier using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email (USPS, for example, offers Package Intercept for this). You're also welcome to refuse delivery, or simply return the package after it arrives. Just reach out to our support team and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
