All other products (such as accessories) may be returned only if they are unused and in their original, unopened condition.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@theschumann.com with photos of the device, the original packaging, and your receipt before sending anything back. Once we've reviewed everything and confirmed the conditions are met, we'll approve the return and send you the correct return address. Please don't ship anything back until you've received a reply, it can take a few business days to process. The return starts from the moment you reach out to our support team.
What condition does the product need to be in?
The device and all interior packaging elements must show no signs of damage, and the original box must be sealed inside an additional shipping box or bag (just as it was when it arrived). Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
