What does the warranty cover?
Every Schumann device comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your device or accessories are found to be defective under normal use, we'll repair or replace them free of charge within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product instructions.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email us at support@theschumann.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem. Once we've reviewed everything, we'll let you know the next steps and arrange the repair or replacement.
Will I get a repair or a replacement?
It depends on the issue. Our support team reviews each claim individually and decides on the best resolution case by case, whether that's repairing the original device or sending out a replacement.
Who pays for shipping on a warranty claim?
