When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it and process the refund within 7 to 14 business days. After that, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
What gets refunded?
You'll be refunded the full price of the returned product. Original shipping costs and Package Protection (if added at checkout) are non-refundable, since these cover the shipment itself. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. We'll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.
My refund hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was delivered to our warehouse and you still haven't seen the refund, please contact support@theschumann.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
