My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@theschumann.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging it arrived in (including any visible damage to the outer box). Once we've reviewed everything, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for your situation.

I'm missing an item from my order.

First, check the shipping confirmation email to see if your order was split into multiple shipments, since larger orders sometimes arrive in separate packages with their own tracking numbers. If everything is accounted for on the carrier side but an item is still missing from the box, email support@theschumann.com with your order number and a photo of everything that did arrive, and we'll get it sorted right away.

I received the wrong device or product.

Reach out to support@theschumann.com with your order number and photos of the item you received (from both sides, so we can clearly see the model). We'll arrange to send the correct product and coordinate the return of the one shipped by mistake at no cost to you.

Does Package Protection help with this?

Yes. If you added Package Protection at checkout, your replacement is prioritized and handled on a faster timeline. Either way, we stand behind every order, so even without Package Protection we'll always make it right if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect.
